This tour is mainly dedicated to the buildings and the extraordinary botany at the main cemetery.

The funeral parlour, the crematorium and the mortuary were all designed by the architect Emil Beutinger and are characterised by Art Nouveau. Learn exciting facts about Heilbronn's industrial history and marvel at rare tree species such as a mulberry tree.

Meeting point: Entrance to the main cemetery

A day ticket on the Heilbronn-Hohenloher-Haller local transport network (HNV network) is included in the public guided tours. To use this service, the ticket must be purchased in advance. The bus and tram can then be used three hours before the tour and afterwards until closing time.
