A wine tailored to your taste – individual, full of character, and unmistakable! In this special workshop, you will become a winemaker yourself and discover how passion, curiosity, and a little experimentation can create a unique cuvée. After a brief introduction to the art of cuvée blending, you will taste selected cuvées and single-varietal wines – mature wines with their own character and exciting nuances.
Then the real adventure begins: by combining different wines in varying proportions, you will create your own personal flavor profile. Whether fruity and elegant, strong and full-bodied, or finely balanced – the result will be as individual as you are. Finally, you will bottle your own cuvée, label it, and take your very own wine home with you – as a delightful reminder of a special experience.
Bookable for groups of 10 to 15 people.
