The Evangelical Church in Eichtersheim was built in 1790 as a beautiful sandstone building. Only 100 years later around 1882 the bell tower had to be demolished because it leaned strongly towards the street. In 1886 the bell tower was built in its current form. The oldest bell survived the war without any damage and dates back to 1506.
