They all foam, they all sparkle. But how do the bubbles get into the glass? And what are the differences to Secco, Prosecco, sparkling wine & co?
What is bottle fermentation and what is traditional bottle fermentation? Find out all this and much more on an enjoyable walk through the Flein and Sontheim vineyards. Enjoy the marvellous cultural landscape with a glass of sparkling wine in your hand.
Take a break along the way (perhaps at a traditional wine tavern) and enjoy the breathtaking panorama. Here, ‘DieWeinschmeckerin’ Nicole Halter will show you how to ‘head’ a bottle of sparkling wine with a champagne sabre. Along the way, there are 6 samples in a glass and small delicacies to eat. Afterwards, you will always make the right choice from the champagne rack.
