Varied hiking trail with magnificent views, mostly on paved farm roads. From Großrinderfeld, 3 km in both directions are accessible with a stroller and wheelchair. Note: Due to a construction site (April 2025), parts of the trail are currently barely passable during and after rain. Unfortunately, there is no detour possible at this point. We ask for your understanding.

From the town hall in Großrinderfeld, start southward and follow Ilmspaner Street to the federal highway. After the road bridge, turn immediately left and shortly descend to the Gerchsheimer Grundgraben. Then cross the ridge and enter the Grünbachtal. The gentle ascent to Krensheim is rewarded with a magnificent panoramic view. After that, continue downhill on good farm roads to the Achatius Chapel in Grünsfeld-Hausen. From here, the circular route initially leads with a slight ascent and then mostly on flat terrain, relaxing back to Großrinderfeld.
