The approximately ten-kilometer route starts at the imposing Bronnbach Monastery. Initially, the path gently ascends to Schafhof. Here, a first charming perspective opens up. It continues on natural paths with slight altitude differences. A detour to the viewpoint on Satzenberg is worthwhile because from here you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the majestic Bronnbach Monastery and the gently rolling Lovely Tauber Valley. A wave wooden lounge invites you to relax here as well.
A special gem along the way is the stone cross nest above Reicholzheim, around which a legend revolves. This historic site invites a brief moment of reflection before the path gently descends to the village church of St. George in the heart of Reicholzheim. The venerable church is another cultural highlight of the hike.
The return path to the Trinity Chapel first leads moderately uphill along "Kilianstraße," where a glance over your shoulder towards Reicholzheim and the church tower is worthwhile. From the chapel, the path runs parallel to the hillside and repeatedly opens up wide views into the valley. It then goes up to the Reicholzheimer First vineyard and through a small forest. With a beautiful view of the valley, it returns to Schafhof. After Schafhof, a romantic brook babbles along. Then the path leads you back to Bronnbach Monastery.
The meditative hiking route is an ideal way to enjoy the beauty of nature, discover cultural treasures, and find peace at the same time.
