Great views of the river Elsenz – welcome to Zuzenhausen!
Zuzenhausen lies on the edge of the Neckartal-Odenwald national park and forms the northern portal to the Kraichgau district. The S Bahn (local train) provides an excellent public transport link. Cycle tracks and footpaths through the meadows of the Elsenz and Schwarzbach valleys as well as the local woods are wonderful places for anyone needing a cycle ride or
walk. As well as restaurants, you will find plenty of cosy accommodations in the form of a hotel with brewery, a guesthouse and a hostel in an old mill. There is also the Dietmar Hopp Sportpark on the grounds of the Old Manor, a flagship project for German football, which has a new building and grass pitches, some of which are heated. This is the headquarters of
the Bundesliga team TSG 1899 Hoffenheim, both for the team and its office.
